By accessing or using Kindred Guild ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
Kindred Guild is a peer-to-peer quest platform that facilitates mutual assistance between members. The Platform allows users to:

5.1 Fairy Coin Transactions: When posting quests with Fairy Coin rewards, the full amount (reward + commission) is locked in escrow upon posting. Upon quest approval, rewards are released to the worker automatically.
5.2 UPI Direct Transactions: For UPI payments, Kindred Guild does NOT handle, verify, or guarantee payment. Users transact directly at their own risk. The Platform cannot mediate payment disputes for UPI transactions.
5.3 Free Quests: Free quests involve no monetary exchange and are based purely on goodwill. No ratings or reputation changes apply.
Quests submitted by workers will be automatically approved after 48 hours if the poster does not take action. This ensures workers receive their earned rewards even if posters become unresponsive.
Ratings are double-blind until both parties submit or 7 days have passed. Ratings are final once revealed and contribute to reputation scores. Abusive or manipulative rating behavior may result in account suspension.
The Platform charges a 10% commission on paid quests (both Fairy Coin and UPI quests). This commission is collected upfront in Fairy Coins and funds Platform operations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the community. Suspended users cannot post quests or access certain features.
Fairy Coins can be purchased via UPI with manual verification. Coins are credited within 24 hours of transaction verification. Providing false transaction references may result in permanent ban.
The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that quests will be completed, payments will be made (for UPI transactions), or that the Platform will be error-free.
Kindred Guild shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions we collected from the specific transaction in question.
IMPORTANT: UPI Direct transactions occur outside the Platform's control. Kindred Guild:
Use UPI transactions only with trusted counterparties.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts having jurisdiction over our operational location.
